DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is only available for Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.
Shipping Charges
We're happy to offer the following delivery options:
- PREMIER CLINIC delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rate as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7.90 per order
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 14.50 per order
- Enjoy FREE Shipping if you hit the minimum purchase amount (Excluding Gift With Purchase (GWP), Purchase With Purchase (PWP), Treatments) in a single order.
- Please note that this minimum spend is due total amount after the deduction of discounts or vouchers applied.
- The fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice.
- NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges. For return/refund, we will only cover the amount of the products.
- All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information:
- All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we do not allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel. Kindly report to us for the next step.
We do have some terms and conditions for delivery though!
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
- Delivery fees are applied if your minimum purchase falls below RM150 after discounts are applied.
- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or during RMCO period.
- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).

- Delivery via standard delivery will take 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.
During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, we could not fulfill the flash delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. However fret not, customers can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery time-frame stated on their respective order summary/order confirmation email.
