RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Thank you for your purchase through our PremierX Loyalty Reward Program App. We value you as a member of the Premier Clinic family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide.

All our skin care products are guaranteed authentic with MOH (Product Search - MOH) tags and are at least one year from expiry.

 

Products: 

  1. Products sold on premier-clinic.com https://premierclinicgroup.eber.co/store-cards are not returnable or refundable.
  2. In the event you receive a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 30 business days of your original invoice date and obtain a refund of the price paid.

 

Services: 

  1. No refunds are offered on any treatments and services not taken or completed for any reason, including but not limited to: side effects or complication during arising any treatment sessions, product allergy, unsatisfactory results and worsening of original condition.

 

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.

  1. Contact Premier Clinic  at +6012- 662 5552 within 30 days of your original invoice date and inform a Premier Clinic Representative of your reason for return. You may also email your request for return to premierx-ecommerce@premier-clinic.com and a representative will confirm your request.
  2. Within 7 days of speaking with an Premier Clinic Representative or email confirmation, please return all of the following items to the address below:
    • Unused portion of the product along with all original packaging
    • Description of your reason for return (picture of your item and its condition).
    • Copy of the packing slip that was included in your original order (please retain a copy of the original packing slip for your records)
  3. You may return the product(s) to:

  4. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.  PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store is not liable for packages lost during shipping. We cannot issue refunds for returned items that are not received.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  7. Only products purchased on PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store may be returned for refund. Products purchased at Premier Clinic branch are not accepted for refund.  If you buy Premier Clinic product(s) from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  8. Premier Clinic will process your refund via the original purchase method within 14 - 30  business days upon receipt of the returned item(s), and you will be notified of such refund by a Premier Clinic Representative. Refunds will not be issued for any returns that do not meet the terms of the Return Policy indicated below. 
    • Received a defective or expired product
    • Received a different product from what you ordered
  9. We WILL NOT accept returns if 50% or more of the product has been removed or used from the original packaging.
  10. Terms for returns and exchanges:
    • Product must be unopened in original box
    • Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost
    • Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above
  11. PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

If you do not receive a refund within 14 - 30 days following notification from an Premier Clinic Representative, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your Premier Clinic Representative to confirm that the refund was processed by PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store. If the Premier Clinic Representative confirms that the refund was processed, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

 

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Refunds will be issued for your purchase amount.

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items with the same item if they are defective or damaged. If a component is defective, such as a dispensing pump, PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store may send you a new component for your product. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, send us an email at premierx-ecommerce@premier-clinic.com and we will provide you with shipping instructions.

 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 

We regret to inform you that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.

 

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

We apologize if you have received any items that may have been damaged during shipment. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact a Premier Clinic Representative at +6012- 662 5552 immediately upon receiving it from PremierX Loyalty Reward Online Store. We will replace damaged item(s) as long as we are notified within 24 hours from when you receive your package.
