• Reservation required at the desired Premier Clinic branch at least 24 hours in advance. Booking subject to availability.
• Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your e-voucher. Unless otherwise specified, the E-voucher valid for 180 days only from the issuance date.
